How do I obtain a key for the pool area?
Pool Keys are issued to owners and a register is kept. The key should have been provided to you by the owner if a tenant or by the the previous owner if a new owner. If a further key is required please complete an ISSUE REPORT and request a new key
Rubbish Collection
Pick it up collects rubbish in this area every Thursday morning.
The resident gardener will collect all bags and rubbish bins on Wednesdays and move the bins to the collection point. The bins will then be cleaned and returned to their areas after the rubbish has been collected. Please ensure all rubbish is contained in standard black refuse bags.
If you have additional rubbish to clear during the week the rubbish and recycling bins are located in the store room area behind the entrance to Unit 17.

Can we install a water tank system for our unit?
A water storage system such as a JoJo tank or similar can be installed if it is within specifications for the complex. The Trustees are investigating all options and concerns and will shortly issue a notification on the specifications and rules that will apply.
Can we install Solar for our unit?
A solar geyser may be installed to replace an existing geyser if that geyser bursts and is subject to an insurance claim. The insurers have stated that any difference in cost between a solar geyser and a normal geyser is for the owners account. If you choose to install a new solar geyser please check with the insurance agents first to ensure that the geyser will be covered by insurance if it bursts. Any solar panels placed on the roof are entirely for the cost and maintenance of the owner of the unit and if this results in roof tile damage or leaking into the unit this will also be for the owners own account.
